Holiday Card and Tulle As Garland

I made this holiday card using Picasa, but you can use any photo editor. I just like Picasa {you may have noticed from previous posts HERE}. I took photos of our Christmas Tree Ornaments and softened the edges and cropped it and selected it as the background for this card. I used Picasa's Collage editor, it's very easy and fun to play with.

I used Tulle from the Wedding section of Michael's Craft Store for garland on our tree, I thought it needed something. I got a roll 6 inches wide by 25 feet for $2.99. It did the entire tree and a wreath. I tied knots every 8 inches or so, to add texture and interest.
I like the softness, the white and the shimmer it gives off.

Feel free to use the Ornament photos above for your card background, I didn't watermark them. Just click the image to enlarge it and right click to save photo as.

Happy Holidays!
